Meet Our Dedicated Attorneys

Linda Kule is a founding partner of the law firm of Kule Seid-Vazana & Associates P.C., which was established in July 2020 by Ms. Kule and Ms. Seid-Vazana, after having previously worked closely together for over 15 years at large law firm in New York where for approximately 24 years, Linda was a senior associate. Linda received her Juris Doctor, with Honorable Distinction, from Hofstra University in 1996.  She has devoted her entire practice of law, with great success, to all aspects of Matrimonial and Family Law litigation, from commencement through trial on all issues related to equitable distribution, enforcement proceedings, support matters, custody/visitation matters, divorce and separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, estate planning, and post-judgment of divorce enforcement matters. In addition, she has represented numerous clients in the Family Court on issues relating to divorce such as order of protection and all types of enforcement proceedings. Her extensive legal expertise is essential in dealing with the intricate details that arise before and during litigation. Linda is a strong believer of pre-trial settlements, and it is her goal to expedite all cases as expeditiously as possible thus avoiding increasing litigation costs.  Linda is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.

Danielle J. Seid-Vazana is a founding partner of Kule Seid-Vazana & Associates, P.C., and has dedicated her entire legal career as a Matrimonial and Family Law litigator, representing individuals in highly contested custody and divorce actions from commencement through conclusion, including trial and appellate related work. Ms. Seid-Vazana gives each client personal attention to each and every one of her cases. Danielle is truly hands-on and dedicated to bringing each of her clients the best possible result for the present and long-term, while compassionately guiding her clients through what is often a very stressful and emotional experience. Danielle graduated law school in 2002, and she is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Family Law Committee and Nassau County Matrimonial Committee. She was named a Rising Star in 2013, 2014 and 2015 by SuperLawyers and was recognized as “Top 10 Under 40” in 2014 and 2015 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and is recognized as an American Academy of Trial Attorneys 2015 Premier 100 Trial Attorney and is a Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America. Danielle also received Hofstra’s Outstanding Women in Law Award in 2016.

Regina Competiello joined Kule Seid-Vazana & Associates, P.C., in 2021 after previously practicing at a large New York matrimonial law firm on Long Island where she specialized exclusively in matrimonial and family law. Ms. Competiello began her career specializing in mortgage foreclosures and real estate law. Her expertise in real estate and property law is now a key asset in her practice of matrimonial litigation. Ms. Competiello’s background and legal expertise ensures that every legal need of her clients are addressed and attending to. She is passionate about supporting her clients through trying times and making sure they educated and confident as she navigates them through, what could otherwise be considered, an overwhelming experience. Ms. Competiello was named “Rising Star” by the New York Super Lawyers for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021. She was also named one of New York’s Top 10 Family Law Attorneys under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2020 and 2021. Regina is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. She is also the Vice President of the Italian-American’s in Government Service, Inc., which is an organization dedicated to raising money for local Long Island charities and scholarships for high school and college students. 

Romina Tenembaum is a newly admitted attorney who graduated from Touro Law who was inspired to change careers while going through her own divorce in 2014. Linda Kule, who was her matrimonial attorney, encouraged Ms. Tenembaum to apply to law school and acted as a mentor and role model throughout. She joined Kule Seid-Vazana & Associates, P.C., in 2021 after previously interning and working as a paralegal at a large New York matrimonial firm along with Ms. Kule, Ms. Seid-Vazana and Ms. Competiello. Ms. Tenembaum graduated from law school in 2018, and she is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Nassau County Matrimonial Committee. Because she has recently been through the divorce proceedings, she is understanding and compassionate to the situation. Ms. Tenembaum is bilingual, and Spanish is her first language.
